The Meetings
The Full Governing Body of Hollingwood Primary School meets six times per year to review and develop the school's strategic and financial direction.
The terms of reference for each of these committees are available through the school office.
Register of pecuniary and personal interest
Governors have a legal duty to act only in the interests of the school. Where a situation arises in which they cannot do this due to a personal interest they have, steps should be taken to identify, prevent and record the conflict. This ensures that governors are acting in the best interests of the school. Governors complete a declaration on an annual basis and should not participate in discussions which may result in a personal or pecuniary interest.
